During the publishing process, a Non-Exclusive Agreement will be signed between author and publisher. This Non-exclusive agreement ensures that you retain the complete rights of your book and we retain only the publishing rights for the same. For this agreement, a one time cost of Rs.1999/- will be charged.

After ordering a product or service, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund Policy

No refund policy is against purchased product or services.

Return Policy

We do not replace or exchange the books that have been purchased. If you need to return an item due to our mistakes, please write at publications@eroganic.com with your order details about the product you would like to return.

Shipping Policy

Products ordered on EroGanic Publications in India, are shipped through our courier partners. If our courier partner does not serve the desired location, the products are shipped through the Indian Postal Service. All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. The shipping time mentioned on the website is approximate and delivery is subject to the courier partners. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We currently do not ship outside India.

Job Fraud Alert

Messages about EroGanic Publications offerings other than our official links via WhatsApp, Telegram, Social Media websites or freelance websites or email addresses resembling ours are fraudulent. We never ask freelancers to pay any processing fee or other charges to review their profiles and allocate work. We never allocate work to freelancers through third-party freelancing websites.
